The Cliché Autopsy
The room takes a real (anonymized) cliché-heavy description, circles every word that could describe any house anywhere, and rebuilds it from the facts.
First-Line Relay
Each table writes five opening lines for the same listing in five minutes. The room picks the one that makes them want to read line two.
Fair or Foul
Rapid-fire phrases on the screen. Each person marks fair or risky, then the group rewrites the risky ones to describe the property instead.
