Refunds
Refund and cancellation policy.

The short version: until your start date is confirmed, your money is yours. We would rather refund a deposit than hold someone to a course that turned out to be wrong for them.
Where things stand. Our self-paced skills workshops are open now. Two of them, Pop-bys, Donuts & Deals and Swipe Right on AI, are free from start to finish. Every other course has its first chapter free to read; enrollment for the rest is opening soon. Our 63-hour sales associate pre-license course, our 45-hour post-license course and our Florida law and ethics courses are opening soon. We are not taking payment for any course yet. Joining a waitlist is free, takes no payment, and commits you to nothing.
Every date we publish is a plan and not a promise. When a course opens, the people on its waitlist hear first, and these terms apply from the day you enroll and pay.
Before a course opens
We take no payment for a course that has not opened. Waitlists are free, so there is nothing to refund. If a course opens later than planned, the people on its waitlist hear it from us directly.
After your start date is confirmed
- Before the session begins: full refund of everything paid, including anything paid to hold your place.
- Within the first seven days of the session, if you have completed no more than two units: full refund of tuition.
- After the first seven days, or after completing more than two units: tuition is non-refundable, because the course, the platform and the materials have been delivered to you. If something has genuinely gone wrong, tell us; we would rather hear it than keep money we should not have.
Deferring instead of refunding
If life interrupts, you may move once to a later session at no charge, at any point before the halfway mark of your session. Tell us before you disappear and it is simple.
The 45-hour post-license course
Nothing is charged for the post-license course until it has opened. If it is bought as part of a package and you never take it, the post-license portion of the package price is refundable for twelve months after your license is issued.
Fingerprinting and third-party fees
Fingerprinting fees, state application fees and examination fees are paid to third parties, not to us, and are refundable only under those parties' own policies.
Scholarships
Scholarship awards reduce tuition and are not paid out in cash. If you withdraw, the refund is calculated on the amount you actually paid.
How to request a refund
Email cara@inspirednooks.com with your name and the session you booked. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within five business days and always within thirty days.
