What we hold, and who else touches it.

This policy explains what we collect when you apply to The Inspired Agent Academy, why we hold it, and who else touches it. We do not sell your information to anyone, ever.

What we collect

• From your application: your name, email address, mobile number, the track and session you chose, how many hours a week you can study, your fingerprinting preference, whether you want to discuss a scholarship or payment plan, and your written answer to "why now".
• If you enroll: the records a Florida real estate school is required to keep, including your course progress, completion, and certificate.
• If you pay: confirmation of payment. Card details go directly to our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
• Automatically: ordinary web server information such as pages requested and approximate location by IP address.

Why we hold it

To decide on your application and reply to you personally. To deliver the course and follow up with you every week. To help you file your state application and book your examination. To meet Florida record-keeping and reporting obligations. To take payment.

Your "why now" answer

We keep what you write, and if you attend commencement we may read it back to you there. We will not publish it, quote it in marketing, or share it outside the school without asking you first. Tell us at any time and we will delete it.

Who else touches it

• Netlify hosts the website and receives form submissions.
• Stripe processes payments.
• HubSpot holds our contact records and the history of our conversation.
• The Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation receives course completion records, as the law requires.
• The Livescan fingerprinting vendor, if you use the on-site session we arrange.

That is the whole list. We do not share your information with brokerages, lenders, title companies, lead buyers or advertisers.

How long we keep it

Student records are retained for the period Florida requires of a permitted real estate school, which is at least five years. Applications that do not become enrollments are kept for two years and then deleted. Ask us to delete an application sooner and we will, unless a record-keeping rule requires us to hold it.

Messages from us

When you apply, you are asking us to contact you, and we will, by email and by phone or text. If you enroll, weekly follow-up is part of the program and is how it works. You can stop marketing messages at any time by replying STOP or telling Cara, and that will not affect anything about your enrollment.

Cookies and embedded content

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own.

Our events page embeds our public calendar from Google Calendar so that it is always current. When that page loads, your browser contacts Google directly, and Google may set its own cookies and see your IP address, under Google's privacy policy rather than ours. We receive nothing from it and we do not track who views the calendar. No other page on this site embeds anything from a third party.

Your choices

Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not required to keep. Email cara@inspirednooks.com and we will answer within thirty days.

Children

This program is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
