Enrollment terms
Enrollment terms and where things stand.
Last updated 29 September 2026
These terms govern enrollment with The Inspired Agent Academy, a Florida real estate school operated by Inspired Nooks Realty, LLC ("the school", "we", "us"). By submitting an application, joining a waitlist or enrolling you agree to them. Please read where things stand below before you pay anything.
Where things stand. Our self-paced skills workshops are open now. Two of them, Pop-bys, Donuts & Deals and Swipe Right on AI, are free from start to finish. Every other course has its first chapter free to read; enrollment for the rest is opening soon. Our 63-hour sales associate pre-license course, our 45-hour post-license course and our Florida law and ethics courses are opening soon. We are not taking payment for any course yet. Joining a waitlist is free, takes no payment, and commits you to nothing.
Every date we publish is a plan and not a promise. When a course opens, the people on its waitlist hear first, and these terms apply from the day you enroll and pay.
1. What we are and are not
We are a permitted Florida real estate school. We are not the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, the Florida Real Estate Commission, or the vendor that administers the state examination. We do not issue licenses. We deliver education and we help you prepare the rest.
No guarantee of passing
We do not and may not guarantee that you will pass any examination. Florida law prohibits a real estate school from guaranteeing that a student will pass a licensing examination. Any statement we make about preparation, readiness, or likelihood is our opinion about your work and is not a promise of a result. Nothing on our website, in our materials, or in conversation should be read as a guarantee.
No guarantee of employment
Completing a course does not entitle you to employment or to placement with any brokerage, including Inspired Nooks Realty, LLC.
2. Waitlists and enrollment
Joining a waitlist is free. We take no deposit and no card details for a course that has not opened. Your enrollment is complete only when the course has opened, we have confirmed your start date in writing, and tuition has been paid.
We read every application. We may decline an application, and if we do, anything already paid is returned in full.
The two free workshops, and the free first chapter of every other course, need no enrollment at all. The rest of a course opens with enrollment. They are skills workshops, not licensing courses.
3. Tuition and payment
Founding tuition is stated on our website at the time you apply and is the price we honor for you, whether or not it changes later. Nothing is due until the course has opened and your start date is confirmed. Payment plans are available on request and are agreed in writing before your start date. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
4. Schedule changes
Published dates are planned dates. They may move if a course opens later than planned, if a session does not reach a workable size, or for any other reason outside our control. If a date moves, we contact you directly before we change it anywhere public, and you may move to another session or take a full refund.
5. Live sessions and attendance
Live attendance is never required. No part of your enrollment, your course completion, or your certificate depends on attending a live session. Live sessions are recorded and made available to every enrolled student.
6. Course completion and records
Course completion is determined solely by the requirements of the course, including any end-of-course examination. We keep the records Florida requires a school to keep. We cannot issue completion for hours you have not completed, and we cannot make an exception to a state requirement.
7. Fingerprinting and your application to the state
Electronic fingerprinting is a state requirement and is performed by a third-party Livescan vendor. Where we arrange on-site fingerprinting, we are arranging access to that vendor as a convenience; the vendor's own fees, terms and results processing apply. We help you complete and file your DBPR application. We do not control whether the state approves it, and background disclosures are your responsibility to answer truthfully.
8. Examination appointments
The state examination is administered by the state's testing vendor at authorized testing centers, not by us. We help you choose and book a date. Availability, fees, rules and rescheduling are set by the testing vendor and the state.
9. Brokerage conversations
Florida rule 61J2-17.015 prohibits recruiting for a brokerage during prescribed instructional time, and requires that this notice be given: "Recruiting for employment opportunities for any real estate brokerage firm must be accomplished outside the prescribed instructional time." We follow it. No brokerage conversation takes place during a live session or within your course hours. Inspired Nooks Realty, LLC is affiliated with this school and may be discussed as one option among others after your course has ended. Choosing it is never a condition of anything.
10. Course materials
Course materials, the learning platform, practice questions and recordings are licensed to you for your personal use while enrolled. They may not be copied, shared, resold or distributed. Access continues for the period stated for your program.
11. Conduct
We may end an enrollment, with a pro-rated refund of unused tuition, for conduct that makes the learning environment unsafe or unworkable for other students, or for academic dishonesty on a graded assessment.
12. Complaints
Tell us first. If we cannot resolve it, complaints about a Florida real estate school may be directed to the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
13. Liability
Our total liability arising out of your enrollment is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost income or lost opportunity.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force for you is the version published on the day you enrolled, and we will send you a copy on request.
