How it's taught
Live, it’s a workshop. Self-paced, it’s yours.
The self-paced version turns each of these into a short exercise you do on your own.
The Walk-Through Audit
Teams tour a staged room and list every detail a guest would notice first: scent, light, sound, temperature, clutter. The sharpest list wins.
Door Script Relay
Partners rotate through five guest types at the door (the neighbor, the just-looking, the represented buyer and more) using calibrated questions only.
Seller Report Sprint
Using a sample open house day, each agent drafts the seller report in fifteen minutes and reads the opening paragraph aloud.
